Greetings, and welcome to this website. I host this website in order to provide consultation services and free information on the great science of Astrology, coming from India, known in Sanskrit as 'Jyotish'.

'Jyotish', translated properly, means the 'Science of Light', and has been used for over 5,000 years as a method to determining material and spiritual results in a person life. It is a framework to see what and how a person will experience this life. Since India has been a very open and receptive home for this science, it has developed unhindered for its entire history, and thus provides breathtaking insights into your life.

Vedic Astrology is not a science of chance or of fate. It is a science to dynamically understand and transform the most basic part of yourself-- your instinct. The planets form your instinct to a particular aim or cause. You may be instinctually driven to create works of art, or you may prefer solitude and the instinct to lend a hand to the poor. Or, your instincts may form negative impressions and drives, and may indicate that there is a need for change -- and that is what Vedic Astrology precisely sheds light upon.

Vedic Astrology has a very rich and diverse history, as well. Because Vedic Astrology is such an intregal and everyday practice in India, it has never been supressed or negated. In fact, the absolute belief and intregal nature of Vedic Astrology in Hindu culture has sparked many minds in this field, for thousands of years, so that now we are left with a rich and diverse tradition of Vedic Astrology, very much more erudite and precise than Western Astrology.

My background in Jyotish started at the age of 16, when I encountered a Jyotishi, who read my birthchart -- the insight, intuition, and exactness of the chart was profound. I had to know more, devoted several years to the study of Jyotish, under the auspices of two Jyotish Gurus. I studied in a line of wisdom, from a traditional Brahmin stream of knowledge -- and this is the drive of my life.
